Seeding will first occur based on last year's results, separating teams within the same state when possible, and seeding information submitted by teams.
Saturday, the 40 participating teams will be divided into eight pools of five teams based on seeding. Each team will wrestle all four teams in their pool and have one bye round for a total of four matches over five rounds of wrestling.
On Sunday, teams will be placed into one of five brackets of eight teams based on pool results from Saturday. All first place pool winners will be placed into an 8-Team Gold bracket, 2nd place pool teams will be placed in the Silver bracket, 3rd place pool teams will be placed in the Bronze bracket, 4th place pool teams will be placed in the Cooper bracket, and 5th place teams will be placed in the Steel bracket. In the bracket, we will wrestle for 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th place with no true second place matches. Teams that wrestle in the finals and for 7th place will have three matches on Sunday, and Teams that wrestle for 3rd and 5th will wrestle four matches on Sunday.
