32 teams are divided into 4 brackets of 8 teams.  Each bracket will be wrestled to 7th place. A true second will be wrestled only if the 3rd place team has not wrestled the 2nd place team. All brackets will be wrestled on Saturday. Teams will wrestle 3 to 5 matches on Saturday with most teams wrestling 4 matches.

The top 2 teams from each bracket will be placed into a Gold Pool. The 3rd and 4th place teams from each bracket will be placed into a Silver Pool. The 5th and 6th place teams from each bracket will be placed into a Bronze pool. The 7th and 8th place teams will be placed into a Copper pool. Each pool will have 2 sub-pools of 4 teams. All teams will wrestler all of the teams in their sub-pool for 3 matches, then have one cross-over match to determine 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th within their pool. All teams will wrestle 4 matches on Sunday.
